Traveling is one of my favorite pastimes. Stepping off a plane, train or boat in a totally new location fills me with such excitement and eagerness to explore. And landing in a favorite familiar place is equally wonderful, I recognize the smells, sounds and even the feeling in the air. Even though it can be challenging at times, I landed my journey to Seychelles island via Indonesia,Sri Lanka,Singapore and Dubai.
Seychelles, one of the world’s very last frontiers, promises adventures and breathtaking natural beauty in pristine surround still untouched by man. It is 1600 Km from the east coast of Africa in the western Indian Ocean and presently more than 85,000 peoples are living here.
I travel around the Island with Dr. Hugo,he is one of the frequent traveler and business man. Victoria is the capital city of Seychelles. One of the most interesting and the famous that I found in Seychelles is double COCO. I have no idea when immigration officer stamps on my passport with image of double COCO until and unless Dr.Hugo explains me; I thank you for your kindness.
Seychelles Island is a living museum of natural history and sanctuary for the some of the rarest species of flora and fauna on earth, from the smallest frog to the heaviest land tortoises and the only flightless bird of the Indian Ocean.
I feel proud of me; I am only the first Bhutanese to visit Seychelles Island, according to immigration officer. And to me Seychelles is amazing and famous for its world-beating beaches and for its great diversity which rolls from lush forest down to the warm azure ocean.
I assure to my Bhutanese friends, if you want to explore yourself visit Seychelles Island and no need of visa for a month, I grantee that you will enjoy your Holiday.
